Refund and Returns Policy

At SIMPLICITY ESSENS LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange under the following terms.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Be purchased directly from SIMPLICITYESSENS.COM.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)
  • Personalized or custom-made products

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at SALES@SIMPLICITYESSENS.COM with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return shipping address. Please note that returns will not be accepted without an RA#.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RA# on the return label.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged goods).

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the steps for returning the item and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at SALES@SIMPLICITYESSENS.COM with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you still have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at SALES@SIMPLICITYESSENS.COM.

7. Canceling Orders

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at SALES@SIMPLICITYESSENS.COM. We are only able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order is shipped, it must be returned following the normal return procedure.
